I rarely get the opportunity to focus on my own art these days, but when I do, I like to play with traditional/computer morphed compositions, and especially linocut relief prints. As an ‘Artist in Residence’ at the Prairie Center of the Arts I got the opportunity to work on a variety of art projects, including a life changing trip along the Brazilian Amazon, where I visually documented/narrated the environment and the indigenous Sateré Mauwé people, culminating in a solo photography exhibition and an accompanying book (*see ‘Photography’ page).
